Can every project be designed in under 60 minutes?
No. The rapid sprint is intended for qualifying concept briefs where the site information and requirements are complete. Large or complex projects may need a longer concept scope.
Is this a construction drawing package?
No. This is an architectural concept package used to establish direction, zoning, spatial strategy and design language. Technical, authority, structural and MEP documentation are separate services.
Can I continue with Riyad after the first concept?
Yes. The concept can continue into architecture, interior design, landscape, visualization, detailed drawings and broader design consultancy.
Can I submit a project outside the UAE?
Yes. The concept service can be delivered remotely for international clients. Local authority requirements must later be coordinated with the appropriate licensed professionals in the project location.
